Criminals are using devices to intercept signals from key fobs, allowing them to unlock and start vehicles without the physical key.

Protect your vehicle with these simple steps:

✅ Always lock your car – Even if you’re only leaving it for a short time. Double-check it’s secure before walking away.

✅ Use a Faraday bag or box – These block the signal from your key fob, preventing thieves from relaying it.

✅ Keep keys away from doors and windows – Don’t leave them near entry points where signals can be easily captured.

✅ Consider steering wheel locks – A visible deterrent that makes your car harder to steal.

✅ Install tracking devices – Helps recover your vehicle if stolen.

✅ Check your car’s security settings – Some vehicles allow you to disable keyless entry.
